The luxury real estate market in Brazil has just gained a new and long-awaited highlight: the international fashion house Armani/House, in collaboration with Embraed, will launch its first residential project in the country. The building, called Armani/Casa Residences by Embraed, will be built in Balneário Camboriú, a city located on the northern coast of Santa Catarina and known for having the most valuable square meter in Brazil.

With an official launch scheduled for 2026, the project will occupy a 3,500 square meter plot of land at the prestigious Avenida Atlântica, 5320, in Barra Sul. There will be 78 floors of pure luxury and exclusivity, with 113 residential units of up to 1,100 square meters. Of the units, 31 will be customizable, with private pools and gardens, allowing a personalized and exclusive living experience for its residents.
Fashion brands such as Armani have been increasingly investing in expanding their operations beyond clothing, and the real estate market has been one of their main focuses. With the brand’s sophisticated touch present in all common areas and amenities of the project, Armani/House Residences promises to bring a new level of luxury and exclusivity to Brazil.
Giorgio Armani highlighted the significance of this new venture: “This new project is a new exploration of my idea of living. The collaboration with Embraed ensures the standards of excellence and quality that I aspire to and that are essential to me, while the location in such a sweeping natural setting, with views of the sea, adds a special meaning to the entire initiative,” said the designer.

Embraed CEO Tatiana Cequinel highlighted the project’s exclusivity: “The common areas and amenities were designed entirely by the interior design studio Armani/Casa and will feature exclusive accessories from the Italian brand.” With an estimated Gross Sales Value (GSV) of R$1.5 billion, the project reinforces Balneário Camboriú as one of the most sought-after destinations for the luxury market in Brazil.
In addition to being a major milestone for the real estate sector, this launch reflects the growing trend of fashion brands expanding their businesses into other segments, taking their concept of luxury beyond the catwalks. This movement strengthens the relationship between fashion and the real estate market, both seeking to offer high-end products that elevate the consumer experience.
